Welcome to the
LTF Resource Hubs!
The LTF HUB was established in April 2020 as a direct response to the COVID-19 crisis, focused on providing vital support to BIPOC communities in the Mission, including undocumented individuals, seniors, and other vulnerable populations. Initially, the HUB's efforts centered around delivering at-home COVID-19 test kits and providing culturally relevant food to those sheltering in place, ensuring that even the most marginalized communities had access to the resources they needed to stay safe.

Over time, the HUB expanded its services to include testing, food distribution, legal support, housing assistance, and educational resources, addressing the most pressing needs of those often overlooked by traditional systems. One of the HUB’s key achievements is its community-driven approach, where the Executive Committee directly served those ignored by broader support networks, offering face-to-face assistance with a focus on cultural competency and understanding.
The HUB was also among the first to introduce mass testing programs in areas that were previously underserved and unfamiliar with such resources. Through collaboration with local agencies, job programs, and government assistance, the HUB has become a lifeline for many, helping to ensure that the community’s health and well-being remain a top priority.

The LTF HUB continues to serve as a critical resource for those in need, providing compassionate, direct services and maintaining a strong commitment to community-centered care.
