LTF Intake Specialist
LTF Intake staff are responsible for screening and scheduling about 10,000 clients annually as they serve as the
entry point to our resource and recovery hubs. Intake staff welcome clients, manage client data, and support clients seeking services at any of our Hubs.
LTF Education Manager
The Education Manager will focus on working collaboratively and managing staff who deliver services at LTF Essential Services Hubs in the Mission, Excelsior, and Bayview neighborhoods to provide education services and community referrals. The Manager will also work with community stakeholders in these neighborhoods and continue to build active community involvement and empowerment through strong collaboration with local schools, in-school and after-school providers, and other agencies funded to work with preschool to high school-age youth.
LTF Education Navigator
LTF Education Navigator will be a member of the LTF Education Team and will be responsible for youth, family, and school engagement. The work of the LTF Education Navigator is to provide service connection and guidance while ensuring that all LTF families have services that help improve the educational outcomes of their children
